Enjoy peaceful seaside colors and decorations in our very accessible first floor condo! Just 5 steps up from the parking lot and you are right at our front door.
Freshly painted and decorated with a nautical theme, our condo sleeps 4 with a king bed in the primary bedroom and twin beds in the secondary bedroom.
There are two recently renovated full baths - an en suite off the master bedroom with walk in shower and a main bath with a tub. A 4 season porch with both glass and screens is decorated as a fun kitschy tiki bar. The kitchen and dining areas are well stocked for all of your cooking needs with plenty of serving pieces in the dining area. There is a new HUGE pantry for storage and there are 3 smart TV's throughout the condo. The kitchen boasts a coffee bar with both a drip and keurig and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, initial supplies and an iron & blow dryer in each.

We are SO family friendly! Our walk-able, hard sand beach is the inter-coastal, making it perfect for small children. Unlike the Atlantic Ocean beaches there are no big waves, and a low tide, the beach stretches for what looks like miles.The community is kept up with beautiful fauna and includes a small gym, 3 pools (both indoor and outdoor), an indoor hot tub, sauna, playground, basketball court & and tennis courts.

The Beach
The Spa at Port Royal is on the Atlantic Intercoastal Waterway with a private beach & pier positioned perfectly for sunrise. The Spa boasts 3 pools - two outdoor and one indoor -as well as a hot tub, sauna, hotel-style gym, rec room and tennis court. This condo is located in building two of a 3 building gated property and overlooks the large pool.

The North side of this 12 mile island has great eateries such as Hudson's, the Boathouse and Skull Creek with easy access to several chain supermarkets, a host of shops and access to the 28 golf courses located on Hilton Head.

We are beach people! Both raised in Long Island New York and married on the beaches of St. John, USVI, both Kevin and Jessica are at home with their toes in the sand! After 6 years owning a rental property in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the currently Charlotte based couple decided to put new roots down in Hilton Head, SC as a stepping stone to full time residency one day! As such, you will find the condo feeling like home, because it is one!
